Lead Data and BI Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled **Lead Data and BI Analyst** to join our team and transform complex data into actionable insights through advanced analysis and tailored business intelligence reporting.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and develop tailored solutions
- Participate in discussions to capture data requirements and align them with proposed solutions
- Audit, validate, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data sets through rigorous analysis
- Identify and resolve issues related to data warehouse operations or system interfaces
- Provide strategies to optimize system performance for reporting and data processes
- Utilize knowledge of critical business metrics to collect, organize, and interpret key data
- Propose solutions independently while maintaining a proactive and innovative mindset
- Use SQL and BI platforms, such as Tableau or Power BI, to extract and deliver business insights
- Translate business needs into detailed data specifications and technical documentation
- Present analytical findings clearly to guide strategic decision-making at a leadership level
- Prioritize tasks to effectively manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in areas such as data science, analytics, finance, or engineering; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience in positions focusing on data analysis or business intelligence
- Expertise in visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Proficiency in SQL with knowledge of relational and dimensional database systems and extraction processes
- Competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA, and visualization functionalities
- Capability to distill complex datasets into concise, actionable insights for executive leaders
- Strong background in functioning well in both independent and team-based environments
- Familiarity with data processes and flexibility to adapt workflows based on evolving business priorities
