**BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A PLANNING & DISTRIBUTION ANALYST**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Entry Level

**FUNCTION**: Operations - Supply Chain

**LOCATION**:Monterrey, Mexico

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

New categories inventory management of our Depots (50) and Distribution Planning to guarantee OTIF (on time in full) and achieve our service level target. This role will be in constant communication with Marketing team, to ensure a proper deployment of the Marketing strategies.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Inventory follow up and replenishment to all the Depots.
- Follow up to our Hub inventories.
- Distribution plan construction to all our depots (considering DSS and Key Accounts volume)
- If needed, align with Marketing team on how the volume across our sales channels should be prioritized.
- DRP analysis for new NPI.
- KPI results owner & follow up.
- Dashboards creation and ownership (stocks at our depots, shelf-life dates, etc.)

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- High Intermediate English proficiency.
- 1-2 years of experience in planning (materials, production, or distribution).
- Intermediate Excel.
- Teamwork, leadership and, proactivity skills.
- Stakeholders’ management and Strategic thinking.

- SAP experience.
