Come be a part of this journey****BAT MEXICO** **IS LOOKING FOR AN IDT PLANNING ANALYST****SENIORITY LEVEL**:Experienced, non management.**FUNCTION**: Digital Business Solutions**LOCATION**:Monterrey, México.**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**This role is part of the Digital Business Solution department and is responsible for handling daily planning and reporting tasks. Collaborates with IDT, GBS and project managers to develop a budget, and supervise department spending budget.**Reports to**:Service Level Manager*****Geographic Scope**:Local**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Coordinate quarterly/half year/full year actual reporting cycles and financial review, forecast vs actual variance analyses;- Finance-related communications to the IDT team, eg. monthly deadlines (eg. Month-end closure, quarter-end, et al.)- Ensure delivery of accurate financial information (Budgets, Forecasts and Actual results) and financial control GBS IDT level including ongoing and project budgets- Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period- Ensure department managers meet budget submission deadlines- Managing contracts by company policies including, Preparing and negotiating the terms and conditions of contracts and Ensuring contract compliance with the company’s policies and procedures- Advising internal and external involved parties of the status of contracts, and supporting and following-up invoice payments.- Handle IT hardware (including mobiles) asset portfolio concerning risk, cost control and governance.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- At least 2 years of dynamic experience in Financial Reporting and Planning- Confirmed work experience as a Budget Analyst- Experience in SAP- Good command of English in verbal and written communication and possess effective communication skills- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills with an attention to detail- Deep understanding of contracts, contracts governance, contractual language, and the contract lifecycle- Ability to explain budgeting and financial information in plain terms- Knowledge of MS Excel (specifically, advanced formulas, pivot tables and charts)**BENEFICIAL**- Experience Managing IT Hardware**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
