**On site - Remote IT Support Senior Analyst**

**We will count on you to**:

- Provide technical support for the initial setup of equipment and receive decommissioned equipment.
- Conduct inventories and change parts as necessary.
- Execute basic connectivity troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
- Offer technical support at the handson level, both by phone and remotely in Mexico and the USA.

**What you need to have**:

- Previous experience in technical support, preferably in a Service Desk environment.
- A degree in computer engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in technical support.
- English (Advanced)
- Certifications in ITIL, 8 plus, or similar.

**What makes you stand out**:

- Knowledge of Office software and Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Additional experience in remote technical support.
