**Minimum of 5 years estimating experience**: Proven track record in estimating both residential & commercial construction projects

The key responsibilities of the position includes the following
- Extensive experience with estimating/bidding/material take-offs
- Keep cost book organized and updated with current pricing.
- Effective communication via Google Chats and attention to detail
- Is highly proficient in Google Works
- Experience with Estimating software such as Xactimate or AutoCAD
- Identify labor, material and time requirements
- Manage bid pricing from all vendors
- Able to read architectural plans
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines

**Experience**:

- Construction estimating: 5 years (preferred)

Work Location: Remote
