Purpose of this position:
Manage and Lead the Record to Report (RtR) finance processes at the Heineken Americas Shared Services Centre. As the primary point of contact for a limtited scope of Operating Companies across the Americas, the position is responsible for handling all accounting matters. The focus is on driving end-to-end process management and performance improvements, ensuring alignment with HEINEKEN’s global standards while enabling best practices across the finance function.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor´s degree in Accounting.
- Experience: 5+ years in accounting or related roles
- Preferable: SAP or another ERP
- English proficiency: advanced
- Based in Monterrey Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate
