**The Opportunity**
We're seeking a detail-oriented Finance Operations Admin to support our growing portfolio
of Repeatable Revenue Agreements. You'll work closely with our Head of Investments to
manage our portfolio operations, deal execution, and capital tracking processes. This role
offers unique exposure to alternative financing structures and the opportunity to build
operational systems from the ground up.

**Responsibilities**
1. Portfolio Operations
a. Drive monthly investment servicing, including revenue reads and payment
collections
b. Process investor distributions and maintain accurate records
c. Support portfolio performance reviews and reporting
d. Identify trends and insights across the portfolio
2. Deal Execution Assistance
a. Create and manage documentation for new investments
b. Track signatures and maintain organized document repositories
c. Support the development of deal marketing materials
d. Ensure smooth transaction processes from term sheet to funding
3. Capital Administration
a. Track capital calls and transactions
b. Assist with account reconciliation and management
c. Maintain accurate financial records
d. Support reporting requirements for investors

**Qualifications**
- Experience managing complex systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Interest in alternative finance and brick-and-mortar businesses
- 4-year degree preferred
- Experience in finance or fintech preferred
