**Customer Service - Medical Policy Support**:** Location**: San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco
**Salary**: $18,500 MXN gross per month + biweekly payment
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, weekends off (shifts within 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.)

**About the role**:
Join our team and provide **customer service support** for medical insurance policies, including:

- Scheduling medical appointments
- Processing reimbursements
- Guiding clients on policy coverage
- Offering personalized assistance

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of customer service experience**
- Age**:18 to 60**
- **
English B2 (conversational)** - test required
- Availability Monday-Friday within 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
