**What you will do**

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will:

- Pricing, Contracting and Tendering activities on behalf of Amgen Mexico and our Distributor Markets in Latin America.
- Develop and implement innovative pricing strategies in collaboration with.
- Finance, Commercial teams, and Access to maintain efficient value and long-term profitability of Amgen brands.
- Business cases to support new commercial programs and product launches.
- Develop and manage contracts and tendering process from a strategic and operational level to ensure Amgen maintains a competitive edge.
- Regularly review and optimise the contract and tender process in line with organisational and industry changes to ensure Amgen adopts best practices.
- Process all credit notes and rebates related to pricing programs and clearly communicates impact ahead of time to the business.
- Minimise risk for Amgen brands by ensuring compliance with local legislation and industry code of practice; provide support during external and internal audits.
- Stay abreast industry standards, the latest technologies and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- People Management.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Doctorate degree OR
- Master’s degree and 3 years of direct experience in Pricing in Biotech or Pharmaceutical Industry OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of direct experience in Pricing in Biotech or Pharmaceutical Industry OR
- Associate’s degree and 10 years of direct experience in Pricing in Biotech or Pharmaceutical Industry OR
- High school diploma / GED and 12 years of direct experience in Pricing in Biotech or Pharmaceutical Industry.
- English - Business proficient.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 to 8 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a Pricing role.
- Knowledge of and experience in a Health Economics environment
- Experience in interacting with, negotiating and optimally influencing various fields and organizational levels.
- Experience with contract pricing/scheme development, leading a diverse team, Legal interactions.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management principles.
- Experience in managing business with sophisticated key accounts across multiple countries.
- Experience in project management, service design and implementation involving various stakeholders.
- Advanced influencing and negotiating skills.
