In J&J we are looking for a Scientific Training Coordinator in Bogotá, Colombia or CDMX, Mexico.

**Responsabilities**
- Understand the therapeutic areas´ strategic needs related to scientific training required for medical affairs and sales teams in Latin America;
- Establish and strengthen contact with other regions to obtain existing training materials that can be leveraged in LATAM;
- Good project management and budget control expertise;
- Evaluate training materials obtained from other regions and search for additional content in scientific databases. Curate and ensure the quality of raw data that will serve as the basis for the development of final training materials.
- Customize/adapt scientific materials to be considered for the Latin America audience/ Designs complex modifications to training material curriculum that leverage customer insights, sales performance reports, and key metric analytics that suggest under-developed sales proficiency.
- Develop scientific training pieces, focusing on the learner experience, addressing the pillars of Train, Assess, Reinforce and Support.
- Ensure the quality of the translation of the contents. Interaction with several stakeholders within the company to align opportunities and share/obtain good practices.
- Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

**Requirements**:

- Background in the health/science area.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish
- Know how to search for scientific information in databases, such as Pubmed
- Ability to understand, synthesize and transmit scientific data that will be used for training purpose (health care professionals and commercial teams);
- Know how to create slides, tables, communication plans and other formats for internal training purposes;
- Know training methodologies; Ability to define task prioritization, being flexible with urgent matters that may impact the business.
