La función principal del Darkstore Lead es ser facilitador, sustentador y controlador del trabajo de los Store manager en su región, definiendo planes de acción para lograr las metas establecidas y velar por el desarrollo del equipo y la operación.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
Realizar mínimo 2 visitas a cada tienda por semana

Realizar visita guiada por check list a cada tienda por lo menos una vez por semana

Capacitación, acompañamiento y evaluación de los equipos de tienda
- Presencia y acompañamiento en el dìa a día de las DarkStore: Recibo, Picking, seguimiento a ordenes.

Garantizar la productividad de los operarios y optimización de los tiempos de picking

Organizar y aplicar los parámetros de Lay Out según la capacidad de la tienda y parámetros definidos.

Monitorear y aplicar acciones de mejora continua para los tiempos de entrega (Delivery Time)

Control del inventario y de la merma (Conocida+Desconocida)

Monitorear y hacer seguimiento a los procesos de saneo y bloque en tiendas.

Gestionar y generar solución a las situaciones que se presentan en las DarkStore

Control de la calidad y estado de la mercancía en las Stores

Replicar y velar por la implementación en DS de los procesos establecidos o soluciones centrales.

Velar por el entrenamiento continuo de los Supervisores y Operadores de sus tiendas.

Velar por el cumplimiento de las reglamentaciones sanitarias y legales

Acompañamiento a sus equipos en la búsqueda de estrategias para el logro de incentivos y resultados.

Replicar y garantizar gestión de las estrategias de Marketing establecidas.

Coordinación con las diferentes áreas para aperturas o movimientos de tiendas.

Control de faltas, seguimientos y procesos de retiro de las tiendas a cargo.

Experiência en: Procesos operativos

Facilidad en la comunicación, Autogestión, liderazgo y acompañamiento a equipos.

Habilidades técnicas: Manejo de Excel, Análisis de información
