- ** Handle 2nd/ 3rd line support of P2P process/Coupa (technical and functional queries)**:

- ** Take ownership of issues through delivery, issue resolution, and escalation, as appropriate**:

- ** Liaise with multiple stakeholders including users, infrastructure/middleware teams, 3rd party software vendors to resolve issues and potential process improvements.**:

- ** Ensures that the IT Service Delivery Framework is adhered to by support.**:
***Mandatory skills**:

- ** In-depth knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes across Sourcing, Contracts Management, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Performance Management and Enterprise integration with SAP.**:

- ** Ability to support and manage incidents/tickets queue, requests, changes, or defects for Ariba On-Demand**:

- ** Understanding of incident, problem, change, and release management process.**:

- ** Experienced with IT Service management tools like Service Now, Remedy, or Service Manager**:

- ** Good attitude and interpersonal skills. Quick learner.**:
**Desired skill**:

- ** Familiarity with life sciences (Pharma) domain concepts, workflow and terminology**:

- ** Coupa/P2P certification**:

- ** Experience in the procurement domain**:
