Reports to: Data Governance Lead

Ingredion is hiring a person who loves numbers and analysis to help the Procure to Pay department. If you have intermediate English, great analytical skills and tools like advanced Excel, PowerBI and Robotics Process Automation (RPA), as well as interest in the Procure to Pay functions, this position is for you

The P2P Data Analyst will help the management with KPIs generation, Quality Assurance (QA) and general support for all the Procure to Pay processes.

Core Responsibilities:

- Provide support on all P2P-related functions (Procure to Pay) to build and maintain a robust control framework.
- Support management to generate and analyze metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of the Procure to Pay process.
- Conduct QA activities such as periodical audits to ensure the correct processing of purchase orders and vendor payments.
- Identify process opportunity areas and coordinate the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, including process automations.
- Requirements:_
- Intermediate English level.
- Intermediate-advanced MS Excel level _is a must_.
- Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Engineering or similar.
- MS PowerBI and RPA tools (Robotics Process Automation) are a huge plus.
- Interest in Procure to Pay functions (Data Governance, Procurement, Accounts Payable).
