As a Quotes / Inside Sales Representative, use your sales expertise to assist customers with personalized requests that fulfill our promise of reliability.

**Hours**: Monday through Friday, 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM

**Position Responsibilities**
- Guide and assist customers with special pricing requests in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
- Provide knowledgeable follow-up and offer solutions to customers regarding requests and pricing.
- Work with Uline's internal departments to meet our customer's needs.
- Provide customer feedback, new product ideas and trends to the Merchandising department.

**Minimum Requirements**
- ** Bilingual - 100% fluent in both English and Spanish (read, speak, write).**
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree **strongly preferred.**
- 2+ years experience with an inside sales / customer supporting role.
- Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers including excellent follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented, decisive, and able to multi-task well in a fast-paced environment with coaching support.
