The Inside Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in our sales process by supporting existing customers, preparing accurate and competitive quotations, and serving as an escalation point for inquiries. This role is key to ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.**Responsibilities**:- Analyze customer inquiries and requests to prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive quotes.- Act as the first point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution.- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.- Deliver quotes within or ahead of established timelines.- Support sales strategies to grow, maintain, and recover existing accounts.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.- 1 year of experience in logistics and at least 1 year in sales.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.- Ability to understand client needs and manage negotiations effectively.- Advanced English.Join us and be part of a dynamic team where you’ll make an impact every dayTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoExperiência:- Gestión de ventas: 1 año (Obligatorio)- 3PL: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Ubicación:- Monterrey, N.
