Buscamos a un(a) **Customer Service** apasionado(a) por la atención al cliente, con experiência en el giro logístico y de paquetería. Será responsable de brindar soluciones efectivas a incidencias, dar seguimiento puntual a los procesos de entrega y mantener una comunicación clara con los clientes y con los HUBs operativos.

El objetivo principal es asegurar una experiência positiva para el cliente y garantizar que los procesos de cobro y entrega se lleven a cabo de manera eficiente.

**Responsabilidades principales**:

- Atención y resolución de incidencias relacionadas con envíos y entregas de paquetería.
- Creación, gestión y seguimiento de tickets de servicio.
- Comunicación constante con HUBs para dar seguimiento a paquetes, entregas y cobros.
- Elaboración de reportes de incidencias y estatus de envíos en Excel.
- Monitoreo de procesos de cobro relacionados con los envíos.
- Asegurar altos estándares de satisfacción del cliente a través de una atención proactiva y empática.
- Coordinar con áreas internas (operaciones, finanzas, ventas) para garantizar el cumplimiento de SLA’s.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de **en Customer Service** (Atención a Clientes) dentro del giro logístico, transporte o paquetería.
- Manejo de **Excel intermedio** (tablas dinámicas, filtros, fórmulas básicas/intermedias).
- Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
- Organización y atención al detalle.
