**Position Responsibilities**

- Manage and develop a team of analysts to ensure work quality, accuracy and data integrity.

- Partner with leadership to align business priorities with strategic use of data and technology.

- Drive cross-functional projects that improve financial workflows and deliver real business impact.

- Identify and implement improvements to data collection, reporting tools and analytical workflows.

**Minimum Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree.

- 3+ years of data analysis experience

- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.**

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide and motivate a team.

- Strong knowledge of data tools and techniques for review and visualization.
