- The SSC Accounts Payable Team Lead will be responsible for Accounts Payable relationship with Suppliers and MAHLE internal employees including resolving payment issues, support suppliers to use MAHLE Vendor Portal, account reconciliation, invoice processing, and resolving invoices in Workflow.- Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead, manage and oversee Accounts Payable Team.
- Management of the day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable process supporting invoice processing, payment run process and account reconciliation.
- Optimizing existing finance teams, systems, and processes to achieve strategic goals.
- Being a key driver and initiator of system and process improvements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships across the business alongside external stakeholders.
- Developing and generating routine reports to help senior management and key business stakeholders monitor progress.
- Ensure timely response to supplier and internal personnel inquiries.
- Support suppliers on MAHLE Vendor Portal process.
- Month-End Close activities.
- Adhere with internal controls procedures.
- Support tax and audit requirements.
- Your Skills & Strengths:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%.
- 5+ years in similar position.
- Experienced as Team Leader.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Experienced on Excel (Data base, formulas, pivot tables).
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Collaborative Leader, Customer Service Oriented, Self-motivated, and Detail Oriented.
