**Responsibilities**:- High voltage battery pack design in CAD.- Design the battery pack layout in conjunction with the Battery Pack Integration Design Engineer.- Determine the packaging space inside the battery pack for various internal components and subsystems.- Determine the space claim of the battery pack within the vehicle environment and maintain the space claim.- Verify clearances to external hard interfaces that address battery pack safety, assembly and service processes.- Ensure alignment of battery pack internal components within the overall package- Ensure alignment of battery pack external interfaces to the vehicle.- Ensure the design of the battery pack components are integrated in a means possible for manufacture and assembly.- Ensure Design for Service together with the Battery Pack Integration Design Engineer.- Develop concepts and brainstorm ideas to improve part and pack quality and identify opportunities to reduce product cost and have parts and components designed to perform multiple functions.- Generate exploded views and 3D assembly process presentations.- Generate 2D drawings.Our benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
