**Responsibilities**:- Battery Pack Design Coordination.- Plans and directs overall Battery Pack System Layout, negotiates packaging (internal and outside of the battery pack).- Implements Crash, Shock, Vibration, Bottom intrusion, Underride protection, Bollard and Modal Analysis Requirements.- Ensure alignment of battery pack internal design with targets on overall pack complexity number of parts, number of fasteners.- Creates and updates the DMU (Digital MockUp), Tolerance Stack-Up calculations, analysis & management.- Ensure Design for Manufacturability (DfM) together with manufacturing engineering.- Ensure Design for Service together with service organization.- Coordinate the Work (design released) with component DREs on modules, cooling, venting, housing, Busbar, BDU, wiring design.- BOM Management and tracking in defined tools.- Primary interface with the prototype shop (B sample) and drive for issue resolution with the component DREs.Our benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
