Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planner to join our team. The Planner will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities to ensure the successful and timely execution of projects, resource allocation, and operational tasks. The Planner will work closely with various departments, clients, and stakeholders to create efficient workflows, optimize resource use, and meet business or project objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, or resource allocation frameworks to support efficient execution.
- Collaborate with project managers, team leaders, and other departments to ensure milestone deliverables and timelines are met.
- Create and monitor schedules, identifying potential delays or bottlenecks.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze historical data, trends, and metrics to forecast future activities and resources needed.
- Prepare regular reports on scheduling, resource allocation, and project progression for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and adjust plans as needed based on changes in scope, priorities, or other circumstances.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or a related field.
- Proficiency in [specific tools/software, e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SAP, or equivalent].
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
