**Role Overview**
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a crucial role in driving new business by identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospects in alignment with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). Working closely with our founder and production team, you will set the foundation for meaningful client relationships and ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**:
- Research and identify potential leads within our ICP categories.
- Build and maintain a prospect database using CRM tools.
- **Outreach and Engagement**:
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and timeline.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the senior sales team or founder.
- **Data-Driven Strategy**:
- Analyze outreach performance metrics to refine strategies.
- Track key KPIs, including response rates, lead quality, and meeting conversions.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work with the production team to understand client needs and align messaging.
- Participate in regular check-ins to provide updates and receive feedback.
- **Reporting and Maintenance**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Provide weekly progress reports, including actionable insights.
**What Success Looks Like in This Role**
- Adding 20+ qualified leads to the pipeline monthly.
- Scheduling 5-7 meetings with qualified prospects each month.
- Achieving an 80% lead qualification rate.
- Improving outreach performance through data-driven insights.
