**Position Summary**:
Sell the company’s products with the aim of generating profits by providing our clients with personalized and high-quality service and advice, helping to achieve the objectives of the area and creating sustainable relationships with our clients.
**Job Status**:
- Full-Time
- Salaried
- Reports to: General Manager
- Location: North Baja California area.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Sale of agrochemicals and fertilizers.
- Management of a sales territory and inventories.
- Accounts receivable management.
- Budget and commercial planning.
- Participation in expos and technical talks.
- Continuously organizing training, demonstrations, and field tours with clients.
- Market intelligence for decision making.
**Education**:
Agronomist Engineer
**Experience / Skills / Abilities**:
- 3-5 years in a similar position.
- Extensive knowledge of the area, crops, and relationships with potential clients.
- Teamwork.
- Ability to communicate with external and internal customers.
**Work Conditions**:
- Availability to travel in the Baja California area.
- Ability to work outdoors in different climatic environments.
