**_ In this role, We are looking for a Account payable, whose objective is to support Management from an operational, analytical and tactical standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, solving team's questions, auditing and controlling different activities from colleagues on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files and leading continuous improvement initiatives._**

**_ Responsibilities_**:**_ _**
- **_Timely processing of critical/urgent and utilities vendors _**
- **_Coach the team members in handling the critical cases or process exceptions_**

**_ _**
- **_Perform daily duplicate check _**
- **_Daily Quality Check Drive First Pass Yield by sharing the audit findings with team_**

**_ _**
- **_Handling vendor/ internal queries in Helpdesk Reconciling vendor statements - (ad-hoc/On demand) COE activities - GRIR reconciliation, _**
- **_AP reconciliation and RCTI Update job aids (DTPs) by identifying opportunities/changes in the process_**

**_Qualifications we seek in you_**

- **_Bachelors Degree in Accounting _**
- **_Basic English skills _**

**_Intermediate Excel skills _**

**_Management of Microsoft Office tools SOP creation skills Able to work remotely_**
