**About the Client**:Our client specializes in providing affordable land across the U.S., making land ownership accessible and securing clients' futures with tangible assets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and contact potential buyers through online marketing, referrals, and direct outreach. Maintain and update the customer database.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Provide detailed information about land options, pricing, and purchasing processes.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate sales agreements and handle objections professionally to close deals effectively.
- **Documentation and Compliance**: Ensure all transactions are documented and compliant with legal and company requirements. Coordinate with the administrative team for document processing.
- **Market Research and Reporting**: Stay updated on market trends and report on sales performance and customer feedback.

**Areas of Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Proven sales skills with a track record of managing leads and closing deals.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and sales tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt strategies and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong persistence, resilience, and negotiation skills.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Proven sales experience, ideally with some real estate background.

**Compensation**:

- **Commission**: 80% of document fees ($249-$449), 12% of down payment, and 12% of monthly principal payments.
- **Bonuses**: Based on sales volume and KPIs such as client testimonials.
- **Earnings Potential**: $1,000+ per month in commission (at time of sale) and $550 recurring (growing with each sale).

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
