**Bilingual Sales and VIP Services Executive**
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales and VIP Services Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through personalized attention and exceptional service
- Identify new sales opportunities and present economic proposals to clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality-Tourism, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in consultative sales, service sales, or VIP client service
- Advanced English proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge)
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
