As a SALES BUSINESS ADVISOR - AGS you will overview day to day sales strategy amongst our key concessionaires for the Aguascalientes region being responsible for crafting custom made solutions to ensure they succeed in their commercial goals
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan the commercial strategy to maintain a positive relationship with our customers and build new sales opportunities four our concessionaires.
- Development of business plans with concessionaires.
- Successfully works with internal teams to secure sales targets are met in stores while delivering to our customers with the highest quality standards.
- Development and promotion of the store vocation strategy with concessionaires in your Aguascalientes.
- Hands over detailed operational insights to our internal support areas and helps customers resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Compliance with monthly indicators and sales budget of the corresponding area
**Qualifications**
- +3 years of experience commercial technical and strategical advising in the field of painting or coatings or in field technical sales
- Bachelor's degree or engineering desirable in chemical, industrial or similar.
- Desirable English basic level to develop internally
- Indispensable to reside in Aguascalientes or willing to relocate
- High proficiency in skills such as communication with other internal areas and concessionaires, problem solving, results orientation, information analysis, proactivity, and customer orientation.
