**PQE (Process Quality Engineer) (knowledge in SMT process)**

**Descripción y Requisitos**

**SMT / TLA PQE (Process Quality Engineer)**:
Quality control and quality improvement ; NPI quality control ; Quality project lead ; Product reliability verification ; Finished product risk assessment

**Process quality control and quality improvement**:

- NPI data collection and quality monitor
- OBE&IPQC SIP document making, Documents signed ( SWR, Waive, BOM, ECN, SOP ect. )
- OBE PDCS treatment
- Finished product risk assessment
- Lead quality improvement project
- NPI &Sustaining product reliability verification
- Follow up quality metrics achievement under TLA process
- Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management, participating in educational oppurtunities, participating in professional certifications
- Knowledge on Core Tools activities (APQP, SPC, MSA, PFMEA and CP) and Lean Manufacturing.
- Quality Management System implementation and maintenance (ISO/IATF)
- Participates with the company CoPQ, Quality KPI, scrap, RMA Returns, Supplier Quality Issues, Customer complaint and overall improvement
- Problem solving tools 8D, A3, DMAIC, QRQC, process mapping, effective communication and innovation.** Experience**:

- 1.Trained in quality management system ISO9000;
- 2. proficient quality management tools(SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, 5C etc.);
- 3.Have a certain understanding of QC seven Tools.
- 4. Experience in quality management standard for the automotive industry IATF 16949:2016 (formerly ISO/TS 16949) IS A MUST
- 1. Trained in six sigma and DOE method.
- 2. More than 1 year working experience in Automotive electronic manufacturing is preferred.
- 3.Proficient in office software.
- ** Scholarship**:College degree or above is required. Bachelor degree or above is preferred.
- ** Knowledge**: Proficient in six sigma and DOE method

Proficient in SMT production knowledge

knowledge on standard for the automotive industry IATF 16949:2016/ISO14001/OHSAS18001?QC tools, SPC, FMEA, 8D,5C
- **Technical or functional Skills**: Can use mini TAB tool
