We're seeking a dynamic Customer Care Specialist to work in a B2B promotional products manufacturing facility that serves distributors. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast paced, growing and fun environment. We are looking for someone who is optimistic, self-motivated, hardworking, and dependable to join our growing team.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Quoting.
- Entering Sample requests.
- Entering product art layout requests and sending completed mock-up back to customer.
- Checking on order status.Answering product and service questions.
- Suggesting products and services that suits customer specifications.
- Communicating with sales when customers request high quantity orders, custom or import product.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Educate customers on website tools and resources.
- Provide customers with current promotions, new product information, and specials.
- Contributes and collaborate with sales team to accomplish goals as needed.

**Education and/or Experience**:

- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year or more experience in Customer Service.
- Strong Active Listening skills
- Resolving conflict
- Multi-tasking
- Be able to use proper grammar in written communication.
- Customer experience centric.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
