- Do you enjoy designing, configuring, and managing MDM platforms (e.g., Intune, Air Watch. etc)?
- Does collaborating with teams and security to ensre device compliance motivate you?
- Do you thrive in areas where you handle device enrollment and lifecycle management for iOS, Android devices?
- Are you skillful with technological tools such as Microsoft Intune, Android Enterprise, and related MDM technologies?
- Do you have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills?

Location of position: Mexico City, MX or Torreon, MX

You will bring 4+ years of progressive and successful experience in MDM administration and support to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Other Hiring requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in MDM administration and support.
- Hands on experience of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
- Experience with Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS management.
- Knowledge of Samsung Knox, Zero-touch enrollment.
- Good understanding of conditional access, MFA, and mobile security principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator, with ability to work with cross functional teams
- Experience in global deployments
- Experience in international environment and creating own solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft and Samsung Knox licensing terms and inclusions.
- MUST be bilingual with English and Spanish

Preferred (but not required) Skills:

- Microsoft Certification (e.g., MD-102, SC-300)
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Experience in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations
