**We help the world run better****Meet the team**:Welcome to our dynamic and diverse team We are a fully virtual team, spread across multiple continents, bringing together a wealth of expertise in mobile device management and support.**What you will do**:- Manage Mobile Device Fleet: Oversee and support a large mobile device fleet consisting of approximately 10,000 Android devices and 95,000 iPhones and iPads.- MDM Expertise: Utilize and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, specifically Jamf Pro for Apple devices and Microsoft Intune for Android devices, to ensure secure and efficient device management.- Device Support: Provide advanced technical support for mobile devices, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.- Mobile Security: Implement and enforce mobile security policies to protect devices from threats and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.- Collaboration: Work closely with a global, fully virtual team to coordinate support, share knowledge, and develop best practices for mobile device management.- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to device management processes, security protocols, and support procedures.- Training and Development: Educate team members and end-users on mobile device usage, security practices, and troubleshooting techniques.**What you bring**:- MDM Proficiency: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools, specifically Jamf Pro for Apple devices and Microsoft Intune for Android devices.- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of mobile device support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues for both Android and iOS platforms.- Mobile Security Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of mobile security best practices, including the implementation and management of security policies to safeguard devices and data.- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.**We build breakthroughs together****We win with inclusion**SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
