At this role your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. BDR will be responsible for researching target companies, identifying the relevant people in those businesses, acquiring contact information, and reaching out to them with personalized messages and calls to generate and qualify new business leads in the US market. Once a lead is established, you will take care of the transition from the client to our sales executives. **Your Day-to-Day** As a Business Developer Representative, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities: - Use prospecting strategies to lead the initial outreach to prospects. - Establish relationships with key decision makers to deliver qualified or "warm" leads to the sales team. - Team management and analysis of the potential of unexplored markets - Deepen and understand customer needs - Capture business ideas that promote innovation - Identify new opportunities that generate new income - Establish contact and trust with customers - Identify prospects' product and service interests - Presentation of the company to potential clients **Do you have what it takes?** Get ready to build your **360 success**. **Must-have** More than 1 year of experience in business development and lead generation, successful prospecting and self-generation of leads. Strong preference for people with experience in ERPs.
