**Responsibilities**: - Conducts market pricing activities such as job matching, data analytics, job pricing including analysis of cash and equity compensation practices and staffing trends. - Generates and reviews benefits and compensation related reports from both internal systems, external market data vendors (database to manage employee data and competitive compensation data) and Microsoft Access - Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. - Prepares advanced analytics and modeling to fulfill ad hoc data requests. - Focuses on administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparation. - Additional duties as assigned. **Qualifications**: - Previous experience in HR, Benefits, Total Rewards preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel, Power Point - Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities. - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience - Experiência en Compensaciones y Beneficios. - Manejo de proveedores, CXP y CXC. - Excel intermedio avanzado. - Mejora y automatización de procesos. - Fuertes habilidades de control, organización y seguimiento. - Esquema hibrido. - Centro de la CDMX. - **Job Family Group**: Human Resources - **Job Family**: Compensation & Benefits - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
