Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Associate Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara Norte.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Associate Production Supervisor’s role involves:
What a typical day looks like:

- Handle product transfer and new product set up.
- Monitoring the daily production plan.
- Managing and developing staff.
- Responsible for end-to-end processes.
- Bottleneck analysis.
- Hour-by-hour compliance.
- Work order completion.
- Optimally manage company-provided resources (tools and mechanical assembly machinery, materials, and personnel) to ensure the production plan is met with safety, quality, and 5’s Standards.
- Experience in Metal-Mechanical (desirable).

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Beginner English
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.
- Engineering in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field
- Experience as a Production Supervisor in the metalworking industry (desirable)
- Experience managing staff
- Willingness to rotate shifts
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly machines and tools
- Knowledge of production control systems (series, flows, traceability)
- Knowledge 5’s and ERP (Baan and Flex Flow) desirable
