- What You’ll Do:_
Sales Expertise: Use your skills to build strong relationships with customers and enhance their buying experience.
Connecting with Care: Delivering outstanding customer service to our valued clients with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Solving Problems: Handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns quickly and effectively.
Upholding Standards: Meeting performance goals and contributing to our company's high service standards to recommend and sell a variety of AT&T products and services to meet customers' needs. Help customers grow their business by adding new services to their accounts.
**Type of sales**: Upgrades, package change, adding new services, plan change
- Who We're Looking For:_
To excel in this role you'll need:
Fluency in English: Both written and spoken, with exceptional communication skills.
Prior Sales Experience and excellent communication skills.
Empathy and Problem-Solving skills: The ability to see problems from a customer's perspective and resolve them with care.
Strong Organizational Skills: A knack for staying on top of tasks and delivering results.
Advanced English proficiency to engage with U.S. customers.
Availability to work Monday to Friday (schedule may change to Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week; Sundays off always).
100% on-site work.
- Compensation:_
Base salary of $20,775 MXN before taxes.
Commissions ranging from $8,000 to $24,000 MXN.

Monthly Grocery vouchers MXN $1,519 every 14 days
Monthly Restaurant vouchers MXN $1,216 every 14 days.
Christmas bonus.
Vacations Days + 3 personal days by AT&T
Discount on up to 5 AT&T services.
- Work Schedule:_
Service window: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm (schedule may adjust to include Saturdays and considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays)
40 hours per week
Full-time, on-site position.
