As an Analyst IT Security -Vulnerability Management, you will be trusted to work with the team as a first line of defense in identifying and managing vulnerabilities in the Alcon’s IT and OT on-prem and cloud infrastructure from our office in Mexico City.
- Analyze the scan results and prioritize based on the environmental and external vectors.
- Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure that the vulnerabilities are patched or brought to a managed state.
- Track the patching cycle to ensure the vulnerabilities are addressed within the agreed timeframe.
- Ability to keep up with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities and industry trends ultimately contribute to the vulnerability maturity process.
- Must have an ability to prepare and present the vulnerability reports and effectively communicate the associated risks to the stake holders.
- Develop scripts to automate the system, integration and ingestion process to the inventory and the data aggregation tools.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (Bachelor: +4 yrs.
- 4 Years of Relevant Experience in the Vulnerability Management Space
- Must have experience working with Vulnerability Management DAST and SAST platforms such as Qualys, Rapid 7, Veracode, Checkmarks etc.
- Must have experience with any programing language and ability to write SQL queries.
- Experience with DevSecOps and understanding of Secure SDLC
- IT experience in healthcare, medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- Must have Vulnerability management experience in the public cloud environment.
