HR Manager

Actividades del puesto:
Actuar como consultor y asesor de la gerencia en temas de Recursos Humanos identificando áreas problemáticas, proponiendo soluciones y ejecutando esas soluciones de manera oportuna.
Asegurar de que todos los miembros de la gerencia, supervisores y Coordinadores con personal a su cargo apliquen las políticas y regulaciones de manera consistente en las acciones relacionadas con los empleados.
Ayudar a todos los miembros de la gerencia a comunicar las metas y objetivos esperados a sus equipos de trabajo e involucrar a todos los empleados en los procesos de toma de decisiones en los que puedan tener un impacto positivo directo.
Gestionar el proceso de Reclutamiento y selección a todos los níveles dentro de la planta. Diseñar estrategias de retención para todos los empleados y completar entrevistas de salida.
Asegurar que se cumplan todos los requisitos gubernamentales y reglamentarios manteniendo registros precisos, presente todos los informes de manera oportuna e insistiendo en que todos los empleados sigan las pautas legales requeridas sin desviarse.
Mantener la estructura de trabajo actualizando las descripciones de puesto a todos los níveles.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con Nómina para garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los asuntos relacionados con la nómina y los beneficios.
Garantizar que todos los níveles de gestión y empleados sigan y se adhieran a los principios y valores de la empresa. Mantener Relaciones laborales efectivas, solucionar conflictos, implementar acciones correctivas, Brindar atención y seguimiento a colaboradores.
Coordinación, promoción y difusión de eventos.
Encargado de la relación sindical.
Entre otras Actividades y/o proyectos asignados.

Ofrecemos:
Horario Lunes a jueves 6:00 am a 4:00 pm Viernes 6:00 am a 2:00 pm
Prestaciones de ley y superiores

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 10 horas

Educación:

- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)

Experiência:

- Recursos humanos: 2 años (Deseable)
- administración de empresas: 2 años (Deseable)
- trato con sindicatos: 2 años (Deseable)

Idioma:

- Inglés avanzado (Deseable)
