Job Description

As a Sales Assistant, you will be a part of our sales team and will work directly with our Business to Business dealer accounts. Your responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key dealers are satisfied with the services provided. You will help support the VP of Business Development and the sales team as needed to ensure daily tasks are executed.

**Essental Duties and Responsibilities**:
Process all new B2B orders each day
Communicate and work closely with warehouse and logistics to ensure accurate order processing to ensure all orders ship out on time
Achieve monthly personal and team goals
Complete new vendor paperwork for new B2B partnerships
Develop a thorough understanding of key dealers' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions

Qualifications and Skills

1+ years of experience as a logistics coordinator
1+ years of experience in customer service/sales
Knowledge of LTL shipments and coordinating shipments
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, required
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
Advanced English
Excellent communication skills
Associates or Bachelor's degree, preferred
