Role and Responsibilities
This role is an on-site position and will support the Sales Operations team to execute the sampling strategy and other operational activities that support the wholesale businesses. Some travel may be required.

The Sales Operations team has a unique opportunity to partner with many other functions which gives expansive insight into the apparel industry and the corporation.- Support the Sales Operations team to execute sample processing activities the showrooms, manage sample set counts, partner with merchandising operations,- and publish shipping information- Manage sales sample lines (approximately 3000 samples seasonally) in the LATAM showroom- and support other showrooms as needed- Support sales teams with organized sample lines and inventories throughout the year.- Oversee requests to borrow samples - send and track samples using Microsoft Excel master inventory system- Work cross-functionally with Merchandising to determine appropriate finish and fit stand-ins- for un-sampled products- Partner with Office Manager and Sales Ops team to execute semi-annual sample sales to- purge obsolete samples- Support key customers through Ad Sample orders, manage deadlines and send samples to- customers for advertising- Help source, pack, and ship samples for regional trade events as needed
Qualifications and Education Requirements- Bachelor’s degree from related departments- Minimum 4+ years of experience in wholesales, preferably in an apparel company (people management experience is a must)
Preferred Skills- Orientation toward accuracy and enjoys working with data, lists & inventory a must- Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills and general curiosity- Experience with Excel including v-look-up, pivot tables and data analysis a plus- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and be able to stand for long periods- Ability to work early mornings and occasional weekends
