Data Operations Transformation Specialist

**Your key responsibilities**
- You’ll work alongside and support Business Analysts and Data Scientists. Your collaboration will be in the form of business data gathering and analysis, as well as content-specific analysis to explore alternatives that drive operational efficiencies/increased scalability.
- You’ll work with databases (SQL), and leverage many tools, from Excel to Python to clean up and analyze data. For sharing your results, you’ll use PowerBI.
- You’ll support the progress of specific tactical initiatives by creating a scope-defined plan, engaging with contributors to execute on this plan, and sharing updates with stakeholders. You’ll use project management tools such as Microsoft Project, or PowerPoint to share your results.

**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**
- We are open to consider experience from 1-5 years in data operations, data management, business analysis, process engineering, or related fields.
- Undergraduate studies in Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Data Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar concentrations.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills to process and transmit information effectively.
- Strong time management and execution skills to manage multiple initiatives in parallel, given direction on priority.
- Strong domain of Microsoft Office suite is a must.
- Strong interest in data operations is a must, focus on financial markets desired.
- Knowledge of programming packages for automation a must (Microsoft Flow, VBA, Python, R, Prefect.)
- Knowledge of knowledge management, BI tools highly desired (SharePoint, PowerBI, etc.)
