We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor capable to plan, organize, supervise, and participate in the operations and activities of the Raw Material Warehouse; train, assign, supervise and evaluate assigned staff. Lead continuous improvement action plans and drive the area to meet and sustain key process and behaviors indicators. Your day to day Observe health and safety standard regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. Empower the team through instructions and knowledge to boost key behaviors indicators in Warehousing and Operations. Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign tasks as required during the day. Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, storage, distribution of equipment and supplies and ensure on time transactions in the system. Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store and deliver materials to production area. Organize materials replenishment tasks and distribute workload to ensure on time in full replenishment to production and support areas. Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records as required. Monitor Apriso system (inventory management); lead and perform audits to the inventory handling and management process and correct errors and control key items. Operate and demonstrate use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary; assure proper and routine maintenance and servicing of equipment (printers, scanners, forklift, electrical pallet jack, elevators, etc.). Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures; advise of budget-related needs Perform other duties as assigned.

Experiência y requisitos

Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor Highly positive energy and effective supervisory skills and techniques Intermediate or Advanced English level. Lean Manufacturing Knowledge Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data Hands-on commitment to getting the job done Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering or related.
