Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse. Experience in optimizing warehousing processes and be an effective team leader with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities. - Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity. - Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials to production. - Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels. - Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. - Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation. - Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. - Coordinate and maintain good use of equipment. - Communicate and coordinate with other departments, specially production. - Report shortages, defects, goods used or issued, and expenditures into Epicor (ERP system) and inventory reports for analysis. - Ensure the correct issuing and distribution product or materials to the manufacturing floor and offices. - Control and monitor inventory count by verifying inventory in system with physical counts of stock. - Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location in an orderly and easily accessible manner using labeling or organizational tools (including the system).

Experiência y requisitos

2-3 years experience in a Supervisor or leadership role. Versatile warehouse knowledge and inventory management. Problem solving aptitude by accurately defining, analyzing, breaking down, and solving complex problems. Time Management. Driving desire for personal and organizational improvement. Strong attention to detail and quality conscious. Desire to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes. Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management. Time management skills and the ability to delegate. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software. Problem-solving skills.
