Cloud Support Technician

Description
The primary responsibility of this role will be Cloud Technologies Support Technician (24x7). You will undertake the following tasks:
Cloud infrastructure administration (AWS, Azure, Oracle, Google...)
Management of cloud platforms (Subscriptions, Resource Groups, AWS AD, Virtual Machines, Storage Account, Reservations, Application Insights, Backup...)
Automation of operational processes for remediation and provisioning (continuous integration, continuous deployment of infrastructure and software) using scripting languages such as Ansible, Chef, Jenkins, RLM, YAML, JSON, Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby, PowerShell.
Utilization of code tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, Git.
Virtualization environment system administration.
Systems administration (Active Directory / DNS / SMTP).
Management of Ticketing (REMEDY) and Monitoring (NAGIOS) tools.
Interaction and communication with EVOLUTIO clients.
Ability to work in 24x7 shifts.
**Requirements**:
**Essential Qualifications**: Experience: Cloud administration (1 year) Systems administration (1 year) Virtualization environment system administration (1 year) Certifications: AWS Practitioner (CLF-C01) (Desirable) Azure Fundamentals (Desirable) Knowledge: Minimum B2 level spoken/written English Skills/Competencies: Ability to work in multi-skilled, multi-team environments Dynamic and responsible individuals Strong learning capability
**Desirable Experience**: Experience: Networking and Communications Services (at least 1 year) Contact Center Services (at least 1 year)
**Desirable Training and Certifications**:
CCNA
CCSA (Checkpoint Certified Admin)
**Desirable Knowledge**:
C1 level spoken/written English
