At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Currently we are looking for our next:**HR Ops Analyst - Service Delivery****Which is the main objective of this role?**The main purpose is to support HR service strategies across LATAM, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, company policies and employee hire to retire processes; generating value added services and processes of the Organization through the execution of projects according to HRSC Strategy.**What will you be doing?**- Provide support of coordination of project management to leadership team.- Track and control of Monthly HC report by area to provide historical tracking, promotions, lateral movement, open position, Attrition, etc.- Generate People cost of any movement or project migrated.- Coordinate leadership meetings to follow up of objectives.- Coordinate work sessions and work teams of different specialties and geographies with biweekly status report of each tower.- Support Strategic Agenda by tracking & visibility of strategic plans.- Design, lead and execute session of Townhall each Q': Present the team members, objectives progress/status, OHS recognitions, formal communications, etc.- Interact as Org Health Committee, to provide improvement of Organizational Climate between the team and follow up on all the iniciatives with the team.- Plan, organize, coordinate and control effectively and efficiently the resources of budget assigned to the Org Health ensuring compliance with the objectives.- Coordinate Global Iniciative with HR Systems & Plataforms teams for follow up with team outputs.- Support People agenda by onboading new team members, recognition and change & comms, teambuilding & workshops logistics, etc.- Stakeholders management for engagement on LATAM HR Service Delivery Priorities.**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engeenering, Administration or related field- Background in Project Management Agenda preferred- 2+ years of performance measurement and/or reporting experience preferred- 100% fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills), desirable portuguese- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word- Certification in project management desirable- Experience practicing: knowledge in negotiation, conflict resolution, audit processes knowledge.- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with internal management and service providers- Very proactive, action oriented- Analytical Skills- Team player and highly collaborative- Untouchable integrity and ethics- Attention to detail and highly organized, ability to work independently to meet deadlines- Excellent follow-up abilities- Must be knowledgeable with performance analysis tasks and can work independently in handling equipment and system issues- Must have knowledge in development of processes based on continuous improvements and high approach to service of clients.**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity
