**Job Title**: Soft Sales Representative

**Location**: Hermosillo, Sonora

As a Soft Sales Representative, you will be the face of our customer service efforts, engaging with clients to provide tailored solutions and support. Your role will involve handling inquiries, offering products or services that meet client needs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. If you have excellent English communication skills and a background in customer service, this opportunity is made for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Promote products and services in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Hermosillo, Sonora.
