Grow your career as a **Salesrooms Technology Specialist** within Trisept Solutions, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you’ll will be responsible to meet and exceed the salesrooms IT operational needs with an outstanding knowledge on its core processes and operation. You’ll work with the UVC Technology Business Partner on finding solutions to solve emergent business requirements and getting strategical alignments with Desk Side Support on providing the salesrooms colleagues, with the proper end-user equipment based on company standards. You’ll also work with the rest of IT areas to get directions and Compliance guidelines and on opening new salesrooms successfully and aligned to openings timeline.

**A successful Salesrooms Technology Specialist will**:

- Serve as a “trusted advisor” in any risk, enhance, need, or requirement that salesrooms colleagues have.
- Lead the salesrooms new opening, sizing the need of equipment, keep alignments on dates and commitments, and keep the IT and Business well communicated.
- Identify, screen, and evaluate new solution opportunities to address (internal and external) customer needs.
- Partner with BPI department to be involved in salesrooms software release roadmap.
- Execute the launch of solutions and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization.
- Pursue collaboration with hotel IT manager on adding value to both organizations.
- Work together with Desk Side Support team on delivering end-user equipment, as well as to size any changes or new hardware request.
- Cooperate with UVC IT managers on conducting routine evaluations of network behavior.
- Be an interface with the different IT areas as IT operations, Security, Compliance and Engineering.
- Monitor the IT policies and procedures observance.

**A successful Salesrooms Technology Specialist will have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience working as an IT Manager, Field Technology Specialist, Hotel IT Assistant in the Hospitality Industry
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross business teams and various profiles on IT organization.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong ability to prioritize and Adaptability
- Learn oriented
- Leadership
