Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México DFX5 A tiempo completo

At DFX5, our team builds incredible cloud solutions. But they can't do it without a robust, secure, and efficient IT environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to run our internal operations and ensure our technology stack keeps up with our growth. In this role, you aren't just fixing printers—you are managing the security, identity, and tools that drive our entire business.

Responsibilities

  • Application Administration:
You will be the Super Admin for the tools we use daily. This includes managing users, permissions, and configurations for:
  • Microsoft Active Directory:
    Keeping our identity management secure.
  • Atlassian Suite:
Maintaining Jira workflows and Confluence spaces to keep our projects on track.
  • Developer Tools:
Managing access and security for our GitHub organization.
  • Security:
Utilizing Microsoft Intune to enforce security policies across all devices.
  • Hardware & Endpoint Control:
You will manage the physical fleet of DFX5. This includes provisioning high-performance laptops, setting up mobile devices, and ensuring every team member has the peripherals they need (monitors, docks, etc.) to be productive.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Owner:
First impressions matter. You will own the technical onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless "plug-and-play" experience on their first day. Conversely, you will handle secure offboarding to protect company data.
  • Rapid Response Support:
When tech fails, you are the solution. You will diagnose and resolve technical bottlenecks related to apps, connectivity, or hardware, minimizing downtime for our high-performing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced tech or consulting environment.

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Stack Expert:
Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Atlassian Proficiency:
Experience configuring and managing Jira projects and Confluence spaces.
  • Hardware Savvy:
Strong troubleshooting skills for laptops (Windows & macOS) and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
  • Version Control Ops:
Basic administration experience with GitHub (managing access/repositories).
  • Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for user support and documentation.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

  • AWS Knowledge:
Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem and basic cloud concepts is a huge plus.
  • Scripting:
Ability to use PowerShell or Python for task automation.
  • Certifications:
Microsoft Certified (Modern Desktop Administrator), CompTIA A+/Network+, or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
