**Responsibilities**:
**Th**e Opportunity**

**TEMPORARY FOR 6 MONTHS**

Ensure the correct reporting of the financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow while allowing the information to be available in a timely manner for the MBS team through the BPC reporting system and therefore factored into high level decision making.

Scope:

- Ownership of the Other Direct Costs line in the P&L, guaranteeing the appropriate use of the account and providing value added business insights to different teams including BU Finance and most of the Control function.
- Accurate forecasting of Balance Sheet accounts that directly impact the BOY Cash Flow result, which is reported at LATAM level.
- Endorse compliance and avoid duplication at PMF report level with the MultiCo Elimination of the Sale and Cost of Sale on the consolidated entity, in addition to corroborate the billing between manufacturing and sellying entities and provide visibility for corrections or adjustments that impact the final Sale report.

**Your Impact**

As **Cntrl & Rpt Assoc Analyst** your functions would consist of:

- Ensure and validate the correct booking of cost accounting to avoid extra work as reclasses or make complements.
- Provide value added insights to the MBS team to help in the creation of the Oficial Forecast.
- Ensure consolidated direct cost according with MultiCo model guidance.
- Integration of ODCs concepts (Obsoletes, DCs, Hegde, Rebates,Price Differences, etc) by BU and legal entity.
- Review actual figures in the closing month to verify their reasonability
- Analysis of main drivers of Actuals Vs FCST, YAGO, MAGO
- Align with the MBS team main drivers included in their forecast to show the correct variance
- Prepare the presentation of monthly results to Financial Directors

Qualifications:

**Key skills and experience required**:

- Finance or accountant bachelor degree (titled professional)
- At least 2 years of experience on Finance analysis
- Intermediate English level (written and understood)
- SAP management
- Good interaction with different operative and finance teams
