We are currently looking for a
**Talent Acquisition Analyst - 1 year temporary**

**TALENT ACQUISITION ANALYST - TEMPORARY**

**Main Purpose**

This role will be responsible for supporting Human Resources and Talent Acquisition activities such as leading and implementing the onboarding process over 30 people each week, how to become a recruiter from sourcing/screening to managing the initial steps of a recruitment process.

As an extra learning opportunity, this person will collaborate in the EVP (Employee Value Proposition) activities through the year.

**Accountabilities**

ONBOARDING:

- Coordinate stakeholders participation during onboarding.
- Administer contract signing during day 1, and deliver new hire employee file to HR.
- Follow up with Buddy Program.

RECRUITMENT:

- Ensure correct screen and sourcing aligned with business requirements.
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs in critical or specific roles.

EVP:

- Support with recruitment job fairs logistics.
- Update list of open roles to be posted on internal communications.
- Offer additional support to other EVP activities.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
- Recent graduates with internship experience desired.
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to influence decision making
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

This position is based in Mexico´s City, Mexico.
