**Your New Role**

FP&A COE is known for its innovative thinking, best practices implementation and great customer service. Warner Bros. Discovery seeks to unlock value for the company through igniting curiosity in all of its team members, encouraging collaboration and constantly transforming the way we work.

As the FP&A Analyts/ Senior FP&A Analyst, you support the Streaming Segment domain within the FP&A CoE, which offers you a great opportunity to participate in the overall finance transformation roadmap setting standards for FP&A processes, reporting

**Your Role Accountabilities**:

- Support the monthly forecast, annual budget from the consolidation aspects and alignment across multiple stakeholders
- Supporting the financial review of key initiatives focused on driving business performance, including the creation and analysis of business cases
- Provide variance analysis to explain actual and forecasted performance of managed markets/products/regions vs prior year/plan/prior forecast
- Oversee the submission of risks & opportunities from business units and the preparation of schedules summarizing the submissions
- Collaborate with finance and business leadership on process and corporate deliverables
- Serve as a liaison between segment finance, corporate finance, shared services Accounting and GBS teams, specifically related to the monthly close process. Ensure issues are resolved, and business matters are communicated timely
- Maintain the financial and planning systems focused on proper data gathering and usage in the financial processes
- Prepare value added ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as appropriate
- Drive simplification projects to improve efficiency in working in segment (ie. self service BI tools)
- Assist the business partners, central and regional teams with revenue and related projects, insights and analysis.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 3+ years’ experience in Finance function with controllership or FP&A department
- Very good English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proactive and hands-on
- Your way of working is characterized by a high level of accuracy
- Experience in using EPM solution such as SAP BPC, Hyperion, Cognos, Anaplan
- Experience in using one of the ERP systems as SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle is a plus
